Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 2–5 business days once shipped.

Because we ship fragile and often one-of-a-kind vintage items, our shipping rates reflect the cost of protective packaging materials and careful handling to ensure your order arrives safely.

Packaging & Handling
We specialize in vintage and delicate items such as glass, ceramics, and collectibles. Each piece is carefully wrapped and, when necessary, double-boxed to prevent damage during transit. This level of care may result in slightly higher shipping costs, but it significantly reduces the risk of breakage.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on the most reliable and efficient option for your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $70.00. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delays & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours s of delivery at graceemberhome@gmail.com. Please include photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
