Return Policy

At Grace & Ember Home, each piece is thoughtfully curated and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, we ask that you review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or minor imperfections consistent with age and use.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we stand behind the accuracy of our listings.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at graceemberhome@gmail.com. with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right, which may include a refund or store credit.

Shipping Damage:
All items are carefully packaged, but in the rare event that damage occurs during transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim.

Additional Notes:

• Vintage items may show signs of wear, patina, or age—this is part of their charm and character.
• We do our best to accurately represent colors, but they may vary slightly due to screen settings.
